Cabins and Indoor Spaces

Each apartment is fully equipped with its own private garage within the complex. They can comfortably accommodate five people in two bedrooms: a double room (with a double bed) and a single room (with a single bed and a bunk bed). It includes bedding, towels, and pool towels (the latter must be requested). Refrigerator, electric oven, toaster, all kitchen utensils, full dinnerware, and an electric water heater. A bathroom and a vanity area with an air extractor. WiFi, air conditioning (hot/cold), an electric heater, and a living room with a two-seater sofa and two individual sofas. A 43" flat-screen LED TV. Each room has large windows with views of the main garden and the inner garden. A private grill, an impeccable kitchen-dining area, and electricity from solar panels.

Common Areas

A swimming pool and a multi-purpose room (SUM) for outdoor activities.

Playgrounds for children and gardens where you can camp and enjoy the fresh air as the sun sets.

When night falls, the garden lights turn on.

A laundry room and a bathroom are also available.

The entrance has an electric gate and each cabin has a personal remote control.

Tourist Attractions to Visit in the Area

This place is located in the heart of the wine routes. Surrounded by the most emblematic wineries of Maipú and other places that preserve the pure culture of our beloved province of Mendoza. The tranquility, the rustling of the poplar leaves, the mulberries, the broom plants, and the dreaming of the willows turn our place into a unique moment in time. Vineyards, mountains, local gastronomy, wine tastings, bicycle rentals, and outdoor adventures are some of the specialties offered by the Maipú department. It's the ideal place to rest from the daily hustle and bustle and breathe in nature with family, friends, or however you choose.

Located along the winery routes, the nearby attractions are generally aimed at wine tourism.

The place is designed for rest as the area is very peaceful during the day and night.

Winery tours and tastings: Trapiche, Peñaflor, Rutini, Alandes, Vistandes, Casa Guerrero, La Rural, among others (Malbec area, 3 minutes away).

Local gastronomy in the surroundings, from rest stops among vineyards to gourmet and boutique wineries. Olive oil factories, chocolate factories, and other delicacies.

In the surroundings, you can find bicycle and electric scooter rentals to get around the area, as well as a Tourist Office to inquire about excursions and nightlife in different parts of the capital city.

The Wine Route is 15 minutes from the Capital of Mendoza, with easy access to and from Route 7.
